Our Contract

Luca Luna reserves all rights to accept or reject all order requests received, at our absolute discretion. We will refund or cancel any payments received in full, via the payment method used, in the event of rejection. Acceptance of your offer and completion of the contact between us will only be in place when we start to process your order.

 

Delivery dates

As part of the checkout process on this website you are required to choose a desired date for the delivery of your order. We will do our absolute best to satisfy your selection however this cannot be guaranteed.

 

Your cancellation rights

Please ensure at least 36 hours notice prior to the requested delivery date is given to us in the event of cancellation. In those circumstances, a full refund will be given. If you cannot provide us with the above notice, we will only give a refund if preparation of your order has not yet commenced. Payment Methods

We accept American Express, Visa and MasterCard credit and debit cards. We never store or have access to your credit card details. All orders are only processed once payment has been made in full.
